We want you to love your Betterday shower head. If you're not happy with it for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to request a refund
Email us at [support email] with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We may ask for a photo of the product. We'll let you know if a return is needed; if it is, we'll send you instructions.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Subscription filter orders
If you receive a filter renewal you didn't want, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll issue a refund. To avoid future charges, you can cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal date (see our Subscription Cancellation Policy).
