Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy

How your subscription works
When you subscribe, you'll be charged today for your first order. Your subscription then renews automatically every 3 months, and your saved payment method is charged the subscription price shown at checkout for each new filter delivery, until you cancel.

Shower head subscription: $61.99 for the shower head (first filter included), then $24.99 for a replacement filter every 3 months.
Filter subscription: $24.99 for a replacement filter every 3 months.

Renewal reminders
We'll email you before each upcoming renewal so you're never surprised.

How to cancel
You can cancel anytime, with no fees or minimum commitment:
- Use the "Manage subscription" link in any of your subscription emails, or
- Email us at [support email] with your order number and we'll cancel it for you.

To avoid being charged for your next filter, cancel before your next renewal date. Cancellations take effect immediately and stop all future charges.

Skip or pause
Don't need a filter yet? You can skip or pause a delivery anytime from your subscription portal.

Price changes
If our subscription price changes, we'll notify you by email before your next renewal. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Refunds on renewals
If you're charged for a renewal you didn't want, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
