Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We're unable to deliver to PO Boxes; please provide a full street address.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Subscription orders
Filter subscription orders are processed and shipped on your renewal date, with the same delivery times.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at [support email] and we'll make it right.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
